Online workshops will take place on 21 September 2021<\/strong> to present initiatives and hold debates concerning the reference topics of the conference: innovation, sustainability, TRIZ use and divulgation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participation in workshops is free of charge; perspective attendees will require to register here<\/a> (select the option Workshop only if you want to participate just in the Workshop Day).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshops will take place in English, Italian and German to involve national, regional and interregional stakeholders. Please find below the description, chairs, language and starting times for all workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKSHOP 1<\/em><\/strong> – 9:30 AM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing TRIZ to Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) via SIT (Systematic Innovation Thinking)<\/strong> [German, English]. Chairs: Oliver Mayer (Bayern Innovativ GmbH), Tiziana Bertoncelli (Ansys Germany GmbH). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DE: Im Workshop wird die \u201cHandregel\u201d vermittelt, die man sich sehr leicht merken kann, die sehr schnell Erfolge aufweist und die man auch sehr einfach an Mitarbeiter vermitteln kann.
EN: The workshop teaches the “rule of the hand”, which is very easy to remember, shows success very quickly and is also very easy to communicate to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKSHOP 2<\/em><\/strong> – 11:00 AM<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Easy to new ideas with TRIZ” – Basic TRIZ tools and their effect on creativity and problem solving \u2013 some experiences from Austria<\/strong> [German]. Chairs: J\u00fcrgen Jantschgi (Jantschgi C&R), Walter Brabek (Nidec Global Appliance Austria GmbH), Peter Jantschgi (Jantschgi C&R).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DE: Die Workshopteilnehmer erhalten einen praktischen Einblick in die Verwendung einiger Basis-Werkzeuge der TRIZ \/ SI (Systematic Innovation) zur Ideengenerierung und Problemformulierung.

WORKSHOP 3<\/em><\/strong> – 2:00 PM<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research-craftsmanship alliances for sustainability in South Tyrol: the Tiny FOP MOB as a case study<\/strong> [German, Italian, English,]. Chairs: Ingrid Kofler (EURAC Research), Daria Habicher (EURAC Research), Yuri Borgianni (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EN: the workshop illustrates results and aims of the project \u201cTiny FOP MOB – Real world laboratory for ecological experimentation of the future building sector\u201d, which is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FESR1161). The discussion will highlight how an interdisciplinary team can support SMEs in developing and evaluating new products. More specifically, the product of the project is a real world laboratory on wheels, built with sustainable and locally resourced materials and according to newly tested practices. Further, the mobile tiny house stops for a two week period in various villages in the Val Venosta valley to raise awareness among entrepreneurs and interested locals about the urgency and relevance of sustainable design, manufacturing and consumption in the construction industry and beyond. The chairs are looking forward to receiving feedback and new ideas, as well as meeting new partners to replicate the project approach with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT: il workshop illustra i risultati e gli scopi del progetto \u201cTiny FOP MOB \u2013Sperimentazione sostenibile nel settore delle costruzioni del futuro\u201d, finanziato tramite il Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale (FESR1161). La discussione evidenzier\u00e0 come un team interdisciplinare possa sostenere le PMI nello sviluppo e nella valutazione di nuovi prodotti. Il prodotto in questione \u00e9 un real world laboratory su ruote, una casetta mobile costruita con materiali locali e secondo pratiche sostenibili. Inoltre, il real laboratory mobile si ferma per due settimane alla volta in vari paesi della Val Venosta per sensibilizzare gli imprenditori e i residenti nelle aree periferiche dell\u2019Alto Adige sull’urgenza e l\u2019importanza della progettazione, della produzione e del consumo sostenibile nell’edilizia e oltre. I chair saranno felici di ricevere feedback e nuove idee, nonch\u00e9 di conoscere nuovi partner con i quali replicare l\u2019approccio del progetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DE: der Workshop stellt die Ergebnisse und Ziele des Projekts \u201eTiny FOP MOB \u2013 nachhaltige Realexperimente im Bausektor der Zukunft” vor, welches durch den Europ\u00e4ischen Fond f\u00fcr regionale Entwicklung (EFRE1161) finanziert wird. In der Diskussion wird aufgezeigt, wie ein interdisziplin\u00e4res Team KMU bei der Entwicklung und Bewertung neuer Produkte unterst\u00fctzen kann. Konkret handelt es sich um ein Reallabor auf R\u00e4dern, das mit nachhaltigen und lokal erzeugten Materialien und nach neuerprobten Praktiken erbaut wurde. Das mobile Reallabor macht f\u00fcr jeweils zwei Wochen in diversen D\u00f6rfern im Vinschgau halt, um das Bewusstsein der UnternehmerInnen und interessierten Einheimischen f\u00fcr die Dringlichkeit und Relevanz von nachhaltigem Design, Produktion und Konsum in der Baubranche aber auch dar\u00fcber hinaus zu st\u00e4rken. Die Lehrst\u00fchle freuen sich auf Feedback und neue Ideen sowie darauf, neue Partner zu treffen, mit denen sie den Ansatz des Projekts replizieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKSHOP 4<\/em><\/strong> – 3:30 PM<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assessment of Circular Economy to trigger sustainable innovation<\/strong> [Italian]. Chairs: Pasqualina Sacco (Fraunhofer Italia), Guido Orzes (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT: il workshop vuole portare l\u2019attenzione su due aspetti. In primo, luogo come attraverso l\u2019economia circolare sia possibile supportare obiettivi di sostenibilit\u00e0 aziendale. In secondo luogo, sul fatto che per raggiungere obiettivi legati alla sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 necessario definire in modo dettagliato questi obiettivi, conoscere la situazione attuale dell\u2019azienda, e individuare il percorso da intraprendere per arrivare dalla situazione attuale a quella prefissata. Sar\u00e0 presentato un framework che ha come obiettivo proprio quello di essere uno strumento per supportare decisioni aziendali in ambiti legati all\u2019economia circolare, che aiuta ad individuare i settori aziendali e la tipologia di innovazione da mettere in atto (per esempio se di natura organizzativa o tecnologica).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKSHOP 5<\/em><\/strong> – 5:00 PM<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use, diffusion and adoption of TRIZ in Italian companies<\/strong> [Italian]. Chair: Davide Russo (University of Bergamo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT: l’obiettivo del workshop \u00e8 di offrire uno spaccato dell\u2019uso di TRIZ nelle aziende italiane, partendo da punti di osservazione diversi tra loro. Il TRIZ raccontato dalle istituzioni che lo promuovono, dai consulenti che lo vendono, dalle aziende piccole e grandi che lo usano (da sole o mediante consulenti\/facilitatori). Vogliamo creare uno spazio comune di confronto e di dibattito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
